Contracted Hardware Service Agreements
As with all efficient operations, a Hardware Service Agreement is an integral and important part of any "Contingency Plans". Contracting for a 12 month hardware service agreement is very much like an insurance policy on a vehicle. This agreement affords the client peace of mind that entitles them to unlimited telephone support and/or on-site visits (whichever is necessary) by an IT hardware professional to ensure that the computer continues to function properly and maintain peak performance.

Hardware Upgrades

As technology increases, the need for bigger hard disks, faster CD-ROMs, more RAM (memory) and more efficient peripherals may be desired. Preventive Maintenance
Is an ounce of prevention still worth a pound of cure? You bet!
The most destructive failure (system hard disk crash) can be recovered through the means of planned regular backups. Power failures can be worked through by the use of a UPS (Uninterrupted Power Supply) which runs on batteries allowing a smooth shutdown until the power is restored. CAI can install any of these units to your existing or new computer systems to ensure your continued safety.
