W-2 & 1099 Forms
You can run your W-2s and 1099s on a laser printer or on an impact (dot matrix) printer. The laser print job is more labor intensive requiring 4 runs, then tearing, separating, and collating the sets for insertion into window envelopes. Of course, impact printing is much more straight forward if you have an impact printer on hand. We continue to provide multi-part continuous forms for those of you using an impact printer.
IMPORTANT: Please indicate the number of employees in increments of 100. We will round uneven numbers up to the next round 100 (i.e. 458 becomes 500).
