February 3, 2004 — Payroll Processing Deadline - February 11th

DON'T MISS NEXT WEDNESDAY'S DEADLINE!

All clients who are taking advantage of the W-2 On-Line Electronic Wage Reporting service must submit LifeCare® Plus Payroll files for electronic submission by NEXT Wednesday, February 11th. Please be sure to e-mail your files to us in the recommended fashion (step by step instructions are provided in the Year End Documentation beginning on page 57) so we can handle our part in the necessary processing for you. If you choose to transfer your Payroll information to a diskette, the diskette must be received before February 11th. Once you have transferred the appropriate data, fax a copy of the Company Totals to (847) 240-5360 Attn: PAYROLL.
