August 18, 2004 — MDS 2.0 Version 4.5 Released!

Senior Living Systems is pleased to announce the release of MDS 2.0 Version 4.5! All currently supported clients running MDS or MDS/CarePlans should have received the update on CD within the last few weeks. This new update contains numerous changes such as Lock/Unlock assessment ability, changes in Submission process, new RAPS Reports, and more.

Highlights include:

• You may now set your MDS Program to default blank spaces to "0" upon validation.
  
  
• You may now choose to Include/Exclude the AB and AC sections.
  
  
• You may now use "Trigger V" to synchronize data between MDS and RAPs.
  
  
• The submission process has been enhanced.
  
  
• There is a new "Lock/Unlock" option, with new user permissions.
  
  
• Some data input fields have become drop-down boxes to promote accuracy.
  
  
• New RAPs reports were added: "Summary", "Summary and Notes", "Notes" and "Worksheet".
