CarePlans

The LifeCare Plus CarePlans application is a powerful tool for defining therapy plans, reviewing medical histories, and monitoring patient progress. CarePlans can be used as a stand-alone clinical system or in concert with other LifeCare Plus modules for facility-wide automation.

• Users view and enter CarePlans data in a Windows GUI (Graphical User Interface) environment with a choice of 2 different views
• Imports CarePlan Problems from the LifeCare Plus MDS based on the RAPs, MDS RAP Modules, or Admitting Diagnosis Codes
• Contains a predefined customizable, detailed CarePlan library for quick and easy setup
• Allows users to create many different types of reports in the CarePlan Report Selector just by clicking the different options available, such as single resident selection or multiple resident selection, a sorting filter to sort the selection, a criteria filter to narrow down the selection, reports based on due dates from and through, reports based on past due dates, problem list report, approaches by discipline, and more
