- Captures all pertinent equipment information, including equipment descriptions, model numbers, serial numbers, location, service company, warranty information, and more
- Tracks Preventive Maintenance (P/M) Schedules
- Stores P/M inventory and time requirements
- Provides P/M service history including beginning date, last service date, and next service date
- Prints P/M schedule for a user specified date range
- Stores, displays, and prints P/M performance and histories
- Provides for seasonal maintenance schedules
- Tracks and stores Equipment Specifications, such as type and size, volts and cycles, temperature, and more
- Stores, prints, and displays repair histories, including date and description of repairs, cost of repairs, downtime, and more
- Manages work order scheduling and histories
- Provides for entry of work orders at multiple locations throughout the facility
- Displays scheduled orders by employee
- Displays unassigned orders with priority
- Prints daily work order schedules
- Provides for rescheduling of incomplete orders
- Prints work order histories by work order, location, building, task, cost center, employee, or appropriations number
