LifeCare® Plus

LifeCare Plus is a campus-wide, seamlessly integrated, and census-driven suite of software modules, each designed to address a different facet of the adult care industry. With the potential for over 30 installed modules using a common proprietary database, LifeCare Plus eliminates the need to enter information multiple times and centralizes your operations into a single interface. Because of its modular design, LifeCare Plus is ideal for Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRC's), Assisted Living Communities, Retirement Communities, Long-Term Care facilities, and more.

Core Modules
The LifeCare Plus suite builds on a core set of modules, consisting of:

• General Ledger: The meat and potatoes of your day-to-day business, the GL module is a multi-facility financial reporting system designed to accommodate all of the accounting needs of retirement communities, nursing homes, and other long term care facilities.
• Accounts Payable: The AP module handles all types of payments to vendors and independent contractors with a minimum of effort. This system simplifies daily activities and check writing, including computer generated and manual checks.
• Client Management & Billing: LifeCare Plus offers two pairs of management and billing tools: Resident Management / Resident Billing for your independent, and Health Center Admissions / Health Center Billing for your long-term care clients. Either or both are required as part of the core modules.
• Cash Management: The CM module gives you the tools to manage payments from your residents and patients for services rendered.
• Security Management: Manage user accounts, govern access to Protected Health Information (PHI), and produce reports that address the requirements of HIPAA, all done through the LifeCare Plus Security Management module.
