Resident Management

The Resident Management module automates all combinations of independent units. Created with both entrance fee and rental facilities in mind, the system accommodates independent, congregate, cooperative, and condominium accommodations. Additionally, Resident Management handles the accounting functions associated with the amortization of entrance, endowment, or advance fees. Designed to conform to AICPA guidelines and work with multiple contract types and refund provisions, this module provides unlimited amortization methods. This is a core module.
