Employee Omitted From Quarterly Report

Problem:
I have an employee who is being omitted from the Quarterly Report. What am I doing wrong?

Possible Solutions:
It's likely that the employee's state code has been removed from a master file. The state code (postal abbreviation) for all employees must be configured in the Payroll Tax Table Master File.
