Vacation/Sick Accrual Balances
To load or change vacation/sick accrual balances for an employee, select the Load Accrual Balances option from the Payroll menu. The Ending Balance field is designed to represent the sum of the amount in the Available Balance field and the amount in the Unavailable Balance field. If a message appears, indicating that the Ending Balance is incorrect, it may be referring to the Sick Accrual Balance category, rather than the Vacation Accrual Balance category. Be sure to check the fields in both categories for the correct amounts!
