ODBC Configuration Box Appears

If your staff attempts to run the LifeCare Plus Minimum Data Set 2.0 or CarePlans applications and receives a screen titled "ODBC Configuration for Adaptive Server Anywhere", have him or her click the Cancel button and acknowledge the next two warnings by clicking the OK button.

This situation is an indication that the staff member's computer cannot communicate with the Adaptive Server program. To troubleshoot this situation, check to make sure that the affected computer is connected to the network and your Adaptive Server program is running on the server.
