Usage FAQ's

  1. I've lost the Administrator password for LifeCare Plus. What do I do?

    You'll need to download the Lost Password form, fill it out, and submit it to our Technical Support team. You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and view this file.

  2. I created a user with the username of CHARLIE in both my facilities, but I can't switch facilities using the Facility button on the Main Menu. The accounts have the same password and configuration. What's wrong?

    In order for the facility-switching feature to work properly, you must create the user in one facility, and then use the Copy User to Additional Facilities tool. Otherwise, the usernames will have different numeric user ID's and will be treated by the system as different profiles.

  3. I double-clicked on a module name and nothing happened. Now what?

    Try double-clicking it again to make sure that you did so correctly. If nothing happens, check with your system administrator to make sure that you have access to at least one program in that module.

  4. One of my users has been configured without access (for example) to Trust Funds. However, the month-end date for Trust Funds appears in the Month End by Module display box. How can I disable this?

    Because the month-end date for any given module is really for reference purposes, no sensitive information is exposed in the Month End by Module display box. This display cannot be disabled and is not dependent on user profile permissions.

  5. I selected (for example) Health Center Billing and A/R, then clicked the Help button. The help file it displayed was the wrong one. How can I get the correct help file to display?

    Be sure to double-click on the module you wish to get help for, and then click the Help button.
